You are a special person. You know it. Your mom knows it. Your dad knows it. Your siblings know it (but probably will not admit it). Your mom really knows it. Your friends and relatives know it. But unless you convince the interviewer of your special talents and abilities, you will fade into that great dark abyss of Interviews Lost.
Get comfortable with the techniques and tactics before your first interview. Remember, every interview counts. Every time you interview successfully, you move one more golden step toward the potential job offer and career of your dreams.
After the interview, reflect on it.
What went well?
What went,ah, not so well?
Learn from this, so the NEXT interview will be better.
You have such a short time to let them know who you are, how you can benefit their organization, and GET THAT JOB! Try not to be overwhelmed, be yourself!
